Carson High Seniors Are Anxiously Waiting For Graduation

Graduation of more than 400 seniors will be Saturday, June 4, at 10 a.m. at CHS. A lot of seniors have been waiting for a long time for this day to come.

“I’m very excited. I’ve been working on it for four years now,” said Eric Garcia, 12.

With the completion of senior projects, graduation has taken top priority  in the minds of many seniors. The seniors have been through an extraordinary amount of journeys that have led them to this point.

“It’s kind of hard to believe this is happening,” said Krysta Scripter, 12.

CHS Bowling Team Comes Out With Some Great Achievements

Nine CHS bowlers competed in the Nevada State Bowling tournament in Las Vegas, April 30-May 1. Following are the results of that competition:

Joey Bowers-
1st place in doubles
2nd place in scratch singles
1st place pepsi- Bowled 298 during this event

Stephanie Tilton-
18th place in doubles
16th place in singles
