Keegan and Stephen’s Spots Will Remain

The two parking spots that belonged to Keegan Aiazzi and Stephen Anderson, two juniors who died last year in a scuba accident off the coast of Monterey have been left empty in the CHS lot. The boys’ parking spots have been blocked off from sale and won’t be for sale for the rest of the school year in honor of the two boys, according to Dean Michele Lewis.

The only people who will be able to purchase the parking spots are the family of the boys, and there are no future plans yet for the parking spots. Lewis said she is handling all parking spots this year, and she is trying to work on future plans for the two parking spots.

“It’s just an awesome idea that the school did that to show respect to the boys,” said Keith Callier, senior. “Pretty much everyone here at the school that was here last year and knew the boys wanted this to happen for the boys to show respect to them and show that we remember them forever.”
